New HHS policy rejects public comment before program and policy changes

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced that many federal policy changes will no longer be open to public input before going into effect. This will create even more chaos for scientists or others funded by NIH or other federal health agencies.
